Latin Music Canada (LMC) is an independent Canadian music publication and discovery platform. We publish original editorial summaries, analysis and artist information, and we link to third-party reporting rather than reproducing it.

Editorial text, original summaries, artwork, the LMC name and logo are owned by LMC and protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish full stories, scrape the site at scale, or use our content to train models without written permission.

Story pages credit and link to the original publisher. Album artwork, artist photography and streaming links belong to their respective rights holders and are shown for identification and editorial commentary. Where we do not hold rights to an image, we display our own LMC artwork instead. Chart data is derived from public music-service and open-data sources and is attributed on the page.

If you own material you believe we have used improperly, contact us and we will remove it while we review — see the corrections and takedown policy.

When you submit music, events or press material you confirm you have the right to do so, and you give LMC a non-exclusive licence to use the supplied material to consider and produce editorial coverage. You keep ownership of your work. Submitting does not guarantee coverage, and we may decline anything.

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, misrepresent yourself, or use LMC to distribute unlawful, hateful or misleading material.

Stories may be drafted with AI assistance and are labelled accordingly; editorial responsibility is ours. We work to be accurate but publish "as is" — chart positions, dates and availability change. Spotted an error? latinmusiccan@gmail.com.

We link out to publishers, streaming services and artist pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LMC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer law.
