How we source, credit and publish.
Our commitment to original reporting, transparent attribution and responsible AI-assisted editorial.
Our editorial pillars
Original reporting
LMC produces original summaries, reporting and cultural commentary. We do not republish full third-party articles.
Credit and link
When a story is informed by third-party reporting, we credit the outlet by name and link directly to the original article.
Rights-cleared imagery
Images are only used when uploaded by the artist, provided in a press kit, owned by LMC, or explicitly licensed.
AI assistance, human judgment
AI may assist with discovery and first-draft summaries. Every medium- and high-risk story is reviewed by a human editor before publishing.
Sensitive stories
Allegations, legal disputes, deaths, politics and unverified social posts never auto-publish. They enter the human review queue.
Corrections
We correct errors transparently. Every correction is dated and linked from the original story.
Sponsored content
Partner or sponsored content is clearly labelled and separated from independent editorial coverage.
Independence
Editorial decisions are independent of commercial partnerships, showcase applications and incubator selections.
Open discovery layers like GDELT help us find stories. Publishers keep their copyright.
We use open discovery APIs to identify stories and source URLs. Full text and imagery remain the property of the original publisher. LMC only publishes original summaries with clear links back to the source.
Spotted something wrong?
Send us a correction. Every request is reviewed by a human editor and, if valid, posted transparently on the original story.
